Michael DeLone is the executive chef of Le Castagne, located at 1920 Chestnut Street in Rittenhouse Row. Le Castagne is the sister restaurant of Sena family restaurants, including Ristorante Panorama, La Famiglia, Revolution House and Spiga. Chef DeLone specializes in inventive Northern Italian cuisine using the freshest possible local and imported ingredients all cooked to order. Prior to his time at Le Castagne, Chef DeLone worked with Monte Carlo Living Room as sous chef under Chef Nunzio Patruno and also at Derek Davis’ Sonoma in Manayunk. Chef DeLone received his training at the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He resides in Philadelphia with his new bride, Lisa.
