Pasta-less Lasagna –roasted vegetables, ricotta, mozzarella cheeses, in a tomato basil cream sauce
Grilled Beef Tenderloin – beef tenderloin, sautéed arugula and dandelion greens, with a lobster horseradish hollandaise
Duo of Panna Cotta and Chocolate Espresso Crème Brulee – Vanilla panna cotta, blueberry peach compote and chocolate espresso crème brulee
