GREAT Kitchens - Gluten-Free Training
The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) is proud to offer gluten-free training to foodservice professionals working in a variety of settings. Learn what it takes to meet gluten-free needs and how you can serve gluten-free meals safely and confidently.

NFCA is gathering some of the nation's top chefs to serve as representatives for the expanded GREAT Kitchens program. These chefs are experienced in gluten-free food preparation and have demonstrated concern for the healthy and safety of celiac and gluten sensitive consumers.
