Gluten-Free Holiday Tip 15

Make your own gluten-free bread crumbs by combing pine nuts, cashews, ground flax seeds and dried basil in a food processor to make a nutritious crumb topping instead of store-bought gluten-free breadcrumbs.  You can use these to coat your chicken, turkey, tofu, fish and to toss into your meatloaf for an easy way to get fiber and nutrients!
