Gluten-Free Holiday Tip 35

Find a stress management technique that works for you.  The holidays are fun, but they are also stressful.  In addition to our regular routines, we have to add on parties, shopping, sitting in traffic at the mall, preparing food and travel to friends and family.  Many people cope with stress by eating, which is a perfect storm at a time when there is so much food around.  Turn to a helpful stress management technique in lieu of food.
