Jane Brody airs radio segment on Celiac Disease on 9/27

Celiac Disease will hit the air waves on Long Island and in the New York City area on Wednesday, September 27th. Jane Brody's radio show called Your Family's Health will feature an interview with Alice Bast, founder and executive director of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). The show is carried by WHPC, 90.3 FM.

In this interview, Jane and Alice discuss celiac disease in general, along with information about testing, diagnosis and the gluten-free diet with added discussion about the Food Labeling Law....and more!
