Throughout the year we strive to create gluten sensitivity awareness in the St. Louis and Illinois communities. We organize speaking engagments presented by local doctors and registered dieticians. We offer support to newly diagnosed patients and sponsor cooking demonstrations.

Mission:  Celiac.com provides important resources and information for people on gluten-free diets due to celiac disease, gluten intolerance, dermatitis herpetiformis, wheat allergy, or other health reasons. Our purpose is to raise celiac disease awareness, and to provide people who have it with enough information to get diagnosed and treated so that they can begin to lead more comfortable and healthy lives.

Mission:  The Canadian Celiac Association is a national organization dedicated to providing services and support to persons with Celiac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis through programs of Awareness, Advocacy, Education and Research.

Celiac Disease Foundation

Mission: To develop awareness and improve the quality of medical and self-care for celiac disease/dermatitis herpetiformis; provide telephone information and referral services, free information, medical advisory board, and special educational seminars and general meetings.

Celiac Sprue Association

Mission: To provide information and educational materials for persons with celiac sprue and dermatitis herpetiformis and for parents of children with celiac disease. Made up of six regions with chapters and resource units across the United States.

Gluten Intoleranance Group of North America (GIG)

R.O.C.K. (Raising Our Celiac Kids) is a free support group for parents, families, and friends of kids on the gluten-free diet for any reason: celiac disease, gluten intolerance, autism, ADD/ADHD, allergies, or personal preference.
