Hasselbeck Gluten-Free Cookbook in the Works

Following up on her first book, The G Free Diet, Elisabeth Hasselbeck is publishing a gluten-free cookbook, GalleyCat reported.

The book will include “a lavishly-illustrated collection of her personal stories and carefully-tested gluten-free recipes for every occasion– from delicious kid-friendly favorites to manly Super Bowl snacks, from tasty twists on holiday meals to gourmet entertaining menus that no one will even suspect are g-free," according to Random House, which recently signed a deal with Hasselbeck.

The report did not indicate when the cookbook would hit stores.

UPDATE: Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Dr. Peter Green of Columbia University will appear on ABC's "Nightline" tonight in a segment on celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. Check local listings. The TV segment does not appear to be related to Hasselbeck's recent book news.
