Jennifer and Chef Mark of the Culinary Podcast Network attended a special gluten-free dinner at Chef Aaron Sanchez's Centrico Restaurant, hosted by Redbridge beer, a benefit for the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. We spoke with Chef Sanchez, Elizabeth Hasselbeck from The View, Brewmaster Kristi Zantop and Vanessa Maltin of the NFCA, and learned about this auto-immune condition.
