Gluten Free Cooking Spree


  Drexel University's Academic Bistro was a great success!

  Philadelphia Area doctors teamed with Drexel Culinary Arts students to  
  prepare fabulous gluten-free delights. Georges Perrier and Christina  
  Pirello judged the contest and declared the winners: Dr. Ritu Verma,
  Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and "Sous Chef" Daniel Harman of

  This event was hosted by the Drexel University Department of Hospitality
  Studies with the support of the Drexel University School of Public Health.
