Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy

Some healthcare professionals and researchers have begun to use the term "Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy" as a substitute for Celiac Disease.  This term, Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy, encompasses both Celiac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis (DH).
