The Advocate Children’s Hospital Celiac Center is the only comprehensive center in northwest Chicago dedicated to the treatment of celiac disease. The Center provides full service medical care using a patient and family-centered approach and offers individualized nutrition counseling on all details of the gluten-free diet. The Center provides community outreach by offering many events activities throughout the year, including a gluten-free picnic, a gluten-free Halloween open house, and an annual young adult/college class.
