Announcing NFCA’s Appetite for Awareness T-shirt Contest

Submit your design for a chance at fame and gluten-free food!

As the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness prepares to host Appetite for Awareness this September, we want you to be involved.

We are on the hunt for an inspiring design to put on T-shirts that we will be selling at the event. So, we’re coming to you for ideas.

Submit your original design in the Appetite for Awareness T-shirt Contest. We’ll pick 5 of our favorites and post them on NFCA’s Facebook page. Then it’s up to our fans to vote on the final design!

Prizes

Here’s what the winner will get:

• 2 free t-shirts featuring their design
• A photo of the winner and their name displayed on a poster at Appetite for Awareness
• A gift bag filled with gluten-free samples from Appetite for Awareness exhibitors
• A shout out in NFCA’s e-newsletter and on CeliacCentral.org
• Endless bragging rights for creating the ultimate design!

How to Enter:

1. Create an original design (can be text or image) that promotes a strong gluten-free identity. In other words, tell us why you’re proud to be gluten-free!

2. Submit your design to contest@celiaccentral.org no later than August 15, 2012. Please include the design as an email attachment, not embedded in the email body.

3. The NFCA team will select the top 3 entries and will post them in an album on NFCA’s Facebook page on August 17, 2012.

4. YOU get to vote for your favorites the week of August 17-24. The design with the most votes at the end of the week will be the winner!

Art Specifications:

• Original artwork only. Designs that infringe upon trademarks will not be considered.
• Design must be black and white only - no gray or half-tones.
• Design may not include photos.
• Design must be readable at 11 inches wide x 10 inches high.
• Accepted file types: EPS, PDF, DOC (must fit above criteria when converted to EPS format)
• Designs must be received by August 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
