Allergy to yeast

I’m allergic to yeast and sugar.  Is there an alternative recipe to yeast to make bread rise?

Yeast is the leavening agent in bread that causes it to rise. In addition to yeast, however, we also have baking powder and baking soda which do the same trick. Soda bread is a perfect match for you! Feel free to visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soda_bread
