Gluten-Free Fruit Pizza with Pretzel Crust

Ingredients:Fruit Pizza with Pretzel Crust

  • 3 cups finely crushed Snyder’s of Gluten Free Pretzels
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1¼ cups cold butter or margarine

Topping:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping
  • 7 cups assorted fresh fruit, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix crushed pretzels and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a 9” x 9” brownie pan or small casserole dish. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until set. Cool, then refrigerate for 45 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine, milk, lime juice and lime zest. Fold in whipped topping. Then, spread on cold “pizza”. Top with fruits. Keep refrigerated.
