“I find the thrill of today’s choices simply astounding! With so many fantastic tasting products on today’s shelves I don’t miss out on any cravings. Brownies, pancakes, pretzels, bagels, grilled cheese and PIZZA! Chewy, gooey cheesy breads and crackers, even beer if you want it. I was heartbroken when my doctor first diagnosed me thinking I was going to starve. I almost peed my pants when I started discovering all the options. There is a celiac twin for almost every product out there. I choose to face paint all my fascination with my favorite foods.My friends are still amazed these can still be my favorites. Sometimes certain items are hard to find, but it’s totally worth the hunt.”
