Researchers at The Pennsylvania State University are looking for children with celiac disease and their parents to share their school experiences.

• Has your child experienced any problems or challenges in school related to his/her celiac disease?

• Does your child eat a school provided gluten-free lunch?

• What types of modifications has your child’s school made to accommodate his/her celiac disease?

• Does your child have a 504 plan?

• How have teachers, school administrators, school nurses, and school lunch personnel responded to your child’s needs?

• How has your child’s celiac disease affected his/her interactions with peers at school?

You will be mailed informed consent forms and an interview will be scheduled at your convenience. Parental consent is required if children under the age of 18 are involved in this research study.
