Career ambitions: I am currently in the accelerated master’s program at school, and am working towards becoming a Professional School Counselor. As a result of my diagnosis, I have developed a passion for the gluten-free community. In the future, I would also like to use my counseling skills to help children who have been diagnosed with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity or food allergies.
