Registration Checklist & Event Schedule

Registration Checklist:

__ Placed an ad in the Program Book and sent in required copy-ready information by October 1.

__ Sent completed Registration Form to the NFCA.

__ Joined the GREAT Business Association (A Gluten-Free Business Initiative)

__ Confirmed that you will be selling/not selling packaged goods.

__ Confirmed electricity and have paid in full for the required requests.

__ Confirmed all rentals needed for your space.

__ Confirmed on-site labor and other services needed for your space.

__ Confirmed your pre-shipping (available Oct. 23 only)

__ Sent payment in full to NFCA:

__ Sent Liability Insurance form with co-insured listed (NFCA, DRPA, Feast Your Eyes and Eventricity, LLC)

Reservation Method: The NFCA has a block of 15 rooms for Sat. 10/23 and 20 rooms for Sun. 10/24. Please make your individual reservation as soon as possible. Contact the Reservations Department listed above no later than – MONDAY, 10/4/2010. After the cut-off date or once the group block is full, no reservations will be accepted at the special group rate. Attendees will be quoted the best available rate.

Event Schedule:

  • 11:00am to 12:30pm: Chef Training
  • 2:00pm to 6:00pm: Gluten-Free Cooking Spree, Vendor Marketplace and Children’s Pavilion Activities

(Please make sure you have enough samples, coupons, and company/product information to hand out)
