Monica Glass: Pastry Chef at 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge whose
gluten-free advocacy efforts were recently featured in the Philadelphia
Inquirer. Diagnosed with gluten sensitivity in 2009, ‘Chef Moni’ strives to
transform the way people see and eat gluten free.

Chef Georges Perrier: The famed Frenchman behind renowned
restaurant Le Bec-Fin will be recognized at the event for his
dedicated service to NFCA and leadership in raising gluten-free
awareness.

Silvana Nardone: Former editor in chief at Every Day with
Rachael Ray
magazine and author of Cooking for Isaiah. Silvana will
sample and demonstrate delicious, easy-to-make gluten-free recipes and
be on hand to sign copies of her highly acclaimed cookbook.
