Appetite for Awareness is a dream come true for the 1,500 attendees who are delighted by a wide range of gluten-free delicacies at every turn. Hosted by Ed Snider, this dynamic event brings together 25 of the Philadelphia area’s most prestigious chefs, top docs and media representatives to compete for the best gluten-free dish.

The evening features a pre-event VIP Reception that will provide you with an opportunity to congratulate our honorees, John Binswanger and his Family and enjoy personal face-time with our chefs who include Jose Garces, Daniel Stern and Mark Vetri.
Over 50 vendors will provide free samples, coupons and tastings of a wide range of gluten-free flours, baked goods, snacks, pre-packaged meals, drinks and more!
