Cooking with Gluten-Free Whole Grains

 

Learn how to jazz up breakfast, side dishes and salads with tasty and nutritionally strong grains like quinoa, buckwheat and millet. Gluten-Free Warrior will prepare dishes from her cookbook, The Gluten-Free Warrior, and will take you on a fun and educational gluten-free grocery store tour.

Books will be signed and available for purchase.

Cost: $10 class fee is payable at the door.
