Gluten-Free Cooking & Baking Classes

 

Learn how to cook and bake gourmet gluten-free food with NFCA newsletter columnist and award-winning chef Oonagh Williams.

Each series of 3 classes will teach a different set of gluten-free recipes, and the class participants will decide the menu! Classes include tastings and recipes for each gluten-free dish.

When:
Session 1: Monday, Sept. 19, 26 and Oct. 17, 2011
Session 2: Monday, Oct. 24, 31 and Nov. 7, 2011

Time: 6-8 p.m.
