The presentation will include current consumer and product trends as well as how to merchandise, use social marketing, and establish your store as a celiac and gluten-free resource center for your community. Beckee will also address recent medical developments in the area of celiac disease and gluten sensitivity as it continues to affect the ever-changing profile of the gluten-free consumer.
