Children's Celiac Support Group Meeting

Join Rachel Lenhoff, RD, of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children at this fun and informative meeting for families affected by celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Support group meetings are an excellent opportunity for children to meet other children who are on gluten-free diets and for parents to meet as well. The staff will provide gluten-free snacks, discuss a nutritious gluten-free grain, the importance of vitamins and minerals, and have a fun activity for the children.

When: Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011

Time: 5-6 p.m.

Where: St. Christopher's Hospital for Children
Education Conference Room – Located in the main building of the hospital downstairs and to the right of the cafeteria
3601 A Street
Philadelphia, PA 19134

To RSVP: Contact Rachel Lenhoff, Registered Dietitian, at 215-427-6538 or rachel.lenhoff@tenethealth.com.

Please RSVP by December 14th so the staff can make sure there is enough food. If this day/time/location does not work for you, let Rachel know so she can accommodate you in the future!
