Join celiac dietitian Melinda Dennis, MS, RD, LDN and organic gourmet chef Leslie Cerier for a delicious, educational weekend on gluten-free living and cooking for exceptional wellness. This workshop is designed for anyone living the gluten-free lifestyle and is also appropriate for healthcare professionals and cooks/chefs. 

The workshop will include:

  • Daily nutrition workshops
  • Gluten-free meals and snacks
  • Optional yoga, hiking, swimming, lake time and meditation time

Workshop topics include:

  • Calming inflammation and maximizing health and nutrition through whole foods
  • Choosing quality nutritional supplements
  • Latest on changing food labeling laws
  • Delicious, wholesome gluten-free recipes
  • Hands on cooking workshop with local, seasonal health gluten-free ingredients
  • Labs and health management topics
  • Sampling gluten-free food throughout the weekend
