Gluten-Free Quick & Easy Budget-Friendly Cooking


Join nutritionist Genevieve Sherrow, aka "The Gluten-Free Warrior," for a fun and hands-on cooking event. The group will make satisfying whole foods meals that you can prepare in less than 30 minutes for under $20.

Menu includes:

  • Eat the Rainbow Veggie Chili
  • Chickpea Vegetable Curry
  • Stir-fry of Carrot, Celery, Zucchini and Mushroom with simmered quinoa.

Dishes are vegetarian and free of eggs and dairy.

Cost: $30 class fee includes food samples, recipes and educational materials
