Birmingham Kids and Family, Gluten Free Birmingham, and the BCDSG have teamed up to present The Great Gluten-Free Expo.
This event is a celebration for all people living gluten free, plus anyone interested in learning more about various food intolerances, autoimmune disorders, celiac, autism, and healthy living through diet (gluten-free, casein-free, egg-free, soy-free, even the specific carbohydrate diet and the GAPS diet).
Event highlights include: Gluten-Free Gala, 5K race, seminars, cooking demonstrations, and the opportunity to meet dozens of vendors that offer the best in gluten-free living!
