French Meadow Gluten-Free Breakfast Pizza

Makes 2 servings


  • 2 French Meadow Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts
  • 1 medium potato, shredded
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Bake crusts for 5 minutes, set aside.
  3. Cook hashbrowns over medium heat in buttered pan for about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  4. Layer crusts with hashbrowns, egg, cheese and bacon.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes, until cheese has melted.
