This recipe earned one of four First Place prizes in NFCA's 2011 "Holiday Dips & Dishes" Gluten-Free Recipe Contest, sponsored by Crunchmaster.

1 cup walnuts, toasted 8 min. at 350 degrees; when cool, chop coarsely
2 large oranges, zested then peeled and diced coarsely
8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 8 oz. blue cheese, softened (make sure it's gluten-free)
1 cup dried cranberries, softened with hot water
1. Miix the cheeses well. Stir in the drained cranberries, chopped walnuts and diced orange sections.
2. Bake in ceramic, ovenproof dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Garnish with orange zest before serving with gluten-free crackers.
