Ingredients:

2 French Meadow Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts

1 medium potato, shredded

4 eggs, scrambled

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Bake crusts for 5 minutes, set aside.

Cook hashbrowns over medium heat in buttered pan for about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Layer crusts with hashbrowns, egg, cheese and bacon.

Bake for another 10 minutes, until cheese has melted.
