
A French Meadow Bakery recipe by NFCA
Ingredients:

6 eggs

1/4 cup milk

6 slices of gluten-free bacon, fully cooked and crumbled.

1 green bell pepper, diced
-
1 cup of sliced mushrooms

2 cups of shredded cheese

1 French Meadow Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
Directions:

Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl. Beat lightly.

Coat medium skillet with gluten-free non-stick cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into skillet and scramble.

Place French Meadow Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crust on baking sheet. Ladle egg mixture onto pizza crust. Top with crumbled bacon, bell pepper and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese all over top (add more if needed).

Bake pizza according to directions, until cheese is melted. About 10-12 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool until cheese is set. Slice into wedges and serve.
*Get creative with this recipe. Top your pizza with broccoli, onions, tomatoes, even homemade hash browns!
