Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

French Meadow Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Makes 9 bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 box French Meadow Gluten-Free Cookie Dough
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
     
  2. Thaw cookie dough for about 20 minutes.
     
  3. With a mixer, combine cookie dough and peanut butter.
     
  4. Press into greased 8x8 pan.
     
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
     
  6. Let cool and serve!
