gluten-free flour blend

Makes 10 cups

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Argo Corn Starch
  • 3 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 2 Tbsp. xanthan gum

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Store in tightly closed container.

Use this mix to make cookies, brownies, scones and pie crust
