Chefs, caterers, kitchen managers and other foodservice staff are encouraged to complete gluten-free training through GREAT Kitchens.
Register now and you’ll get access to the GREAT Kitchens beta modules, which includes ongoing access to the modules once they are fully launched.
Looking for Continuing Education Credit?
The new version of GREAT Kitchens is approved by the American Culinary Federation for 6 continuing education hours.
The earlier version of GREAT Kitchens is approved for continuing education credit by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The new learning modules are not yet accredited by this agency, but NFCA is currently seeking approval.
