I love this question, because I believe in incorporating veggies and fruits in almost all of my recipes year round. With the chilly holiday weather in the air, one of my favorite ways to coax non-veggie eaters in to eating them, is by pureeing them in to a bowl of warm, creamy soup.
Kick off a special holiday meal with a cup of soup, or cook up a batch ahead of time to enjoy on a busy weeknight after an evening of holiday shopping. Not sure what to prepare?
