Figure out what the absolute essentials are for you to feel like you have had a great holiday meal. Then, make or buy your own gluten-free version so have safe options for the “must-haves.” If stuffing is vital to you, bring a great version made with gluten-free bread and don't worry if you can't eat some of the side dishes. If pumpkin pie is essential, make a gluten-free version and let yourself really enjoy it.
