The Celiac Center of Minnesota in Bloomington hosts a 3-day daytime camp for Gluten Detectives each summer. This day camp is an option for gluten-free kids who are not ready to sleep away from home. Past activities have included cooking classes and creating a coping box to help kids deal with feelings of frustration they may experience while living gluten-free.
