1 package ground turkey
¼ cup gluten-free flour mix, potato flour or millet flour
2 tablespoons liquid aminos
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Form 1-inch balls with your hands.
4. Place in glass pan.
5. Cover with foil.
6. Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
7. Remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes.
8. Remove from oven and drain off liquid.
