It’s all about diagnosis!
The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) would like to learn about your experiences in gaining a diagnosis, managing the gluten-free diet, and getting follow-on care. NFCA has developed a survey that will assist NFCA and their celiac community partners to gain a diagnosis for those who suffer with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity, and to improve the quality of life for those who have been diagnosed.
