Monday: Veggie Pizza
Ingredients:

Rudi’s Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
-
Gluten-free pizza sauce
-
Shredded cheese
-
Fresh veggies
Directions:
-
Put pizza sauce, then cheese then fresh veggies on Rudi’s Gluten-Free Pizza Crust.

Place in the oven following package directions.
-
Slice and place two pieces into your kiddo’s lunch box!
Tuesday: Tuna Melt
Ingredients:
-
Rudi’s Gluten-Free Original or Multigrain Bread
-
Tuna
-
1 Tbsp. mayo
-
½ apple, diced
-
1 slice of provolone cheese
Directions:
-
Mix tuna, mayo and apple into a bowl.
-
Place tuna onto one side of Rudi’s Bread.
-
Place provolone cheese over tuna and place in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to let the cheese melt.
-
Place the second piece of bread over it and pack up for a tasty lunch.
Wednesday: Turkey Sandwich
Ingredients:
-
Rudi’s Gluten-Free Original or Multigrain Bread
-
Sliced turkey
-
1 tsp. mayo
-
1 tsp. gluten-free honey mustard
-
Lettuce and tomato (optional)
Directions:
-
Spread the mayo and honey mustard onto one slice of bread.
-
Layer the turkey, lettuce and tomato then top with another piece of bread.
Thursday: Cheese and Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients:
-
Rudi’s Gluten-Free Original or Multigrain Bread
-
1 slice of provolone (or which ever cheese you please)
-
Veggies (olives, pickles, spinach, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato, etc.)
-
2 Tbsp. gluten-free Chipotle Ranch dressing (or which ever dressing you prefer)
Directions:
-
Layer your cheese and veggies on a slice of bread and drizzle with your Chipotle Ranch.

Place a second piece on top and slice down the middle.
Friday: Cheese Pizza
Ingredients:
-
Rudi’s Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
-
Gluten-Free pizza sauce
-
Shredded cheese
Directions:
-
Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust.
-
Sprinkle shredded cheese over pizza sauce.
-
Place in the oven on 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
-
Remove, slice and pack!
