Recipes must be gluten-free and use at least one Thai Kitchen product to be eligible.

Entries must also include:Gluten-Free Ice Cream

  • Contestant's name
  • Email address
  • Name of the dish
  • Ingredients (with exact U.S. measurements)
  • Preparation/cooking time
  • Special preparation instructions
  • Approximate number of servings

Contestants may enter a maximum of two recipes; however, each contestant is only eligible to win one prize. Contestants who choose to enter two recipes in the contest may submit both recipes using the same (1) electronic form or email submission.

Rules & Regulations

Recipes that contain gluten and/or do not incorporate at least one Thai Kitchen product will be disqualified.

Entries must be in English.

The submission must be the original work of the contestant and not previously published. Submission must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. All entries become the property of Thai Kitchen and will not be returned. Winners will be required to grant to Thai Kitchen all rights, titles and interest in the submitted entry. NFCA and Thai Kitchen reserve the right to use entries in all print and electronic media, and to edit it for brevity and clarity.

Complete and submit the electronic form below OR email your recipe and photos to RecipeContest@CeliacCentral.org.

REMEMBER, when submitting via email, you MUST:
•    Include your full name, email address and recipe title(s) along with your original recipe (make sure to include all measurements, preparation/cooking time, special instructions and approximate number of servings).
•    Copy and paste the acknowledgement of ownership and permission to publish agreement AND type/include your name or electronic signature in the email to indicate your agreement.
