Gluten-Free Cooking with: Thai Kitchen Noodles

That's the challenge Dan Kohler was tasked with when developing the latest installments of Alternative Appetites, NFCA's gluten-free cooking videos. The new videos are sponsored by Thai Kitchen, which released new gluten-free Stir-Fry Noodles earlier this year.

Dan used his noodle and developed two gluten-free recipes that put a new spin on Thai ingredients: Vietnamese Noodle Salad and Sweet Noodle Pudding.

We wanted to make sure these recipes are easy to make and delicious to eat, so we enlisted four bloggers to serve as recipe testers: Kathleen Reale of Be Free For Me, Erin Smith of Gluten-Free Fun, Cheryl McEvoy of NFCA's Gluten-Free Hot Products, and Liz of Misterbelly.
