Welcome to GREAT Food-Service...

Gluten-free food service cannot be tackled in isolation. The entire food delivery system must work in accord with each other. GREAT Foodservice empowers the food industry to provide safe gluten-free options for individuals and institutions.

We offer educational programming and we support the establishment by facilitating networking amongst the stakeholders in the community. GREAT Kitchens provides Train-the-Trainer training for chefs and food service managers. Included with the program are all the tools needed to educate the entire kitchen staff on safe gluten-free food preparation and serving.

GREAT Dietitians - Food Service provides similar programming to GREAT Kitchens but adds to it specific lessons for the trained dietitian including an introduction to clinical practices.

GREAT Association is gluten free business association open to individuals and businesses. In addition to providing networking, the GREAT association helps to register gluten free products according to industry standards. GREAT Guides are NFCA team members helping to implement GREAT Food-Service across the country!
