Gluten-Free Recipes

A plate of sweet cookie pizza. Sweet Cookie Pizza

This is a recipe for the folks with a sweet tooth! It starts with a sugar cookie base, frosted with cream cheese and chocolate sauce, and topped with whichever fruits you prefer. This is a dish best enjoyed with others—word to the wise, it’s better cut in squares, not triangles!

A pan of short ribs in sauce.Instant Pot Short Ribs

A fast and easy recipe for tender ribs worthy of being the main course at any expensive restaurant. You could also try making it in a slow cooker, which would take 6 to 8 hours.

This recipe was provided courtesy of our friends at the Gluten-Free Palate.
