When you have celiac disease, you must eliminate gluten from your diet. It may seem hard at first, but foods containing wheat, rye or barley can be replaced with safe, gluten-free alternatives. However, since many processed foods contain gluten in a variety of forms, some detective work is needed to avoid problem foods and find the ones you like. These resources are provided to make the transition to a gluten-free life easier for you and your family.
