GREAT Schools, Colleges and Camps is a version of the NFCA’s popular GREAT Kitchens program, but designed for dining services and facility staff.
The web-based multimedia program provides comprehensive information in an engaging format. Learners will gain the skills and knowledge to confidently prepare and serve gluten-free meals to celiac and gluten sensitive students and staff.

NFCA's GREAT Schools, Colleges and Camps
