This handy PDF filled with student narratives and professional guidance aimed at helping college-bound celiacs navigate the gluten-free diet, are the result of the study entitled Celiac Disease: Educational Tools for Young Adults. Conducted as the capstone to Rebecca Panzer, Ma, RD, LD’s master’s degree in Health Communication from Emerson College in Boston, MA, it was completed in educational collaboration with the Celiac Center at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. This updated version was released in July 2012.
