3. NFCA will provide a certificate as proof of participation for the webcast. Attendees must complete the program evaluation/follow-up survey in order to access this certificate. Program participants will receive a link to complete the program evaluation/follow-up survey immediately following the close of the webcast through an email from Vokle.

4. Please be sure to complete this program evaluation/follow-up survey and download the certificate before the next webinar takes place on Wednesday, June 20th.
